This is our "Inner Circle” ⭕️

An Epic 3 Nights/4 Days of phone, drugs, and alcohol free retreat filled with intentional experiences, mindfulness practices, connecting to the inner child, and building soul level connections! ✨

When we become fully PRESENT in the HERE and NOW, and connect to the DIVINE BEING we ALREADY ARE, we find ourselves HIGH on our own breath, our own life force, our own inner ecstasy! 🌬🌈

So much gratitude to every single person that showed up and participated in our “Inner Circle Retreat” this Thanksgiving weekend and my brothers @nsepehr & @iamsaeedreza for helping me bring this dream into manifestation. 🌀🙏🏻🤍

Also a huge THANK YOU to my sisters @hoda_ghm and Katie for being the kitchen Queens and feeding the group with food and love. I appreciate you both dearly. I also want to thank @reee._.zaaa for capturing these epic moments when phones weren’t allowed and @ahmadrezak for the groovy music and tunes! 💃🏻📸

With Thanksgiving and Holidays approaching, I want to invite us all to start practicing the act of feeling grateful on daily basis. Even in middle of a global pandemic there is something we can find to be grateful for! With this practice, we train that part of our brain that makes gratitude part of its moment-to-moment basis. And once this is activated, we tap into the vast ocean of receiving more things to be grateful for. This is the 🔑 of “Law of Attraction”. We attract what we continuously think of!! 🔮

I am grateful for all that I am, all that I have, and all that I am surrounded by. That includes you, and you, and you. 🙏🏻
