These days, the phrase we hear more than others is “Social Distancing”! Are you tired, and are you seeking to escape this reality into a different portal, to relax and rejuvenate in a place that is all about intentional “Social Connection” instead? Then you have come to the right place. Maintaining a healthy social connection is so important for our mental health and overall well-being. Getting outside in nature forces us to unplug from technology, and connect to what we really are here to do, to be in the present moment, release the stagnated energy that’s being buildup inside of us, explore the people we come in contact with, and to share a mindful energy exchange journey with them. Here at Moksha Elements, we have put together a ordinary yet unique, simple yet profound experience in midst of this pandemic, and we want you to be a part of it. This short retreat was specifically organized to help you have a transformational experience in a limited amount of time. These gatherings have been put together to encourage social inclusion and help to build a strong social communities of people. Our goal is to create an experience to help people with a sense of belonging and reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness. Below is the itinerary of our journey together.   • Friday:

    • Arrival

    • Group Arrival and Setup 12:00 – 6:00 PM

    • Opening Circle Fire Ceremony/ Intention Setting 6:00 – 8:30 PM

    • Team Dinner Activity and Group Bonding 8:30 – 11:00 PM

  • Saturday:

    • Morning Meditation 7:30 – 8:00 AM

    • Team Breakfast Activity 8:30 – 9:30 AM

    • Group Hiking Preparation 9:30 – 10:00 AM

    • Group Hike 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    • Lunch 1:00 – 2:00 PM

    • Free Time 2:00 – 6:00 PM

    • Sunset Partner Work Followed by a Sound Bath 6:00 – 8:30 PM

    • Team Dinner Activity Followed by Group Weekend Reflection 8:30 – 11:00 PM

  • Sunday:

    • Morning Meditation 7:30 – 8:00 AM

    • Team Breakfast Activity 8:30 – 9:30 AM

    • Sunday Funday Group Activity 9:30 AM- 12:00 PM

    • Pack and Clean Up 12:00PM – 1:00 PM

Other things to note:

  • Please note quite hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
  • This retreat is open to all genders and ages. A phone call will be set up with one of the facilitators to explain the experience farther more once you sign up. 
  • Every camper is hold accountable to participate in making Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and all other group activities when possible.
  • The exact location will be shared with you through email once you sign up.
  • This is a Cannabis Friendly event.
  • All Covid-19 protocols and requirements need to be met before attending the gathering. An email with more details will be send to you once you sign up!
  • We will be providing vegetarian food, snacks, and cooking supplies. If you prefer to have meat, please bring your own.  Soft drinks and water will also be provided.
  • Oh, and one last thing, don’t forget to bring your own “Camping Essentials”!
