This assessment helps identify areas of imbalance or areas where personal growth is desired. This assessment takes place during the Free 30-minute Discovery Call.

She tailors her approach to the unique needs and goals of each client. She creates a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and aspirations. She provides guidance, support, and accountability to help clients stay on track with their goals and overcome challenges. She helps her clients explore their sense of purpose, meaning, and spirituality, as these aspects can greatly influence overall life satisfaction.
During your journey together, she will continue to emphasize the importance of self-care practices that nurture your overall well-being. This could include developing healthy habits, managing stress, and finding activities that bring joy and relaxation. Collaboratively, new, meaningful, and achievable goals that align with who you are with be set during the sessions.
